The Baby room is situated to the back of the main building. It is a purpose built unit designed for our smallest children, from the age of three months to approximately two years. This unit is called The Jelly Babies
The Jelly Baby room is open plan, allowing children who are mobile to move freely and experience all the areas of continuous provision. These areas are: -
- Imaginative
- Comfortable
- Exploratory
- Large physical
In these areas young children learn though play, which is developed through a range of learning experiences. At Little Angels, we believe young children need quality interactions with skilled practitioners. Each child has a Key Person who plans for individual children to develop to their maximum potential.
Outdoor provision is provided; we have a decking and grassed area, which is situated outside the Baby room. We also make the most of our beautiful surrounding, by walking in the park and visiting the duck pond.

Qualifications: Foundation Degree in Professional Development and
Working with Young Children (level 5)
Miss Lauren Walker is a Nursery Nurse.
Qualifications: BA Honers in Social Work and Childhood Studies
Btec level 3 Nursery Nurse
Miss Karen Kirkham is also a Nursery Nurse.
Qualifications: DCE level 3 Nursery Nurse
